August 28, 2009—IFC invites the media to the launch of the Practical Guide to Corporate Governance: Experiences from the Latin American Companies Circle, which provides a first look at results of Latin American companies during the financial crisis.
The guide was developed by the Latin American Companies Circle with the support of IFC, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, and the Global Corporate Governance Forum.
